Capture 2% of the enemy’s equipment every buy and sell, adding to your own arsenal’s reserves (reflections).
Attrition and Encirclements

Each buy and sell, 2% goes towards potential encirclement (buyback) and attrition (burn) actions against the manpower pool. Both decrease the circulating manpower supply!
Stability

Up to 2% of each transaction goes towards strengthening government stability (auto- liquidity), increasing factory production on the home front.
